When a client needs a specific skill set to supplement an onsite requirement, short or long term, Kansys first looks to its own resources for the best technical fit. In some instances, the specific requirement is best met by leveraging a known network of outside functional experts. Onsite experts are typically assigned in a T&M fashion, either as part of an active project or to fulfill a need for extended ongoing support.

The Staffing division can also provide resource placement assistance on a permanent placement or right to hire basis. The goal is to ensure that clients get the maximum possible value out of Kansys solutions.
