Grande converts five billing systems in less than five months

Grande Communications is a progressive Texas based telecommunications company, providing residential and business customers with high speed internet, local and long distance telephone and digital services over a single network.

Situation

Grande needed to consolidate multiple billing systems based on mergers and acquisitions. Kansys was referred to Grande Communications by Martin Group as the most efficient integrator for their BSS/OSS software. At the start of the conversion, the scope of the effort was expanded with Grande's acquisition of another carrier.

Solution

Kansys deployed a team of senior BSS/OSS consultants that worked closely with the Martin Group and Grande Communications teams. To convert all five companies ahead of schedule and on budget.
