This client is a large CLEC and Cable provider.

Situation:
After implementing a new billing package which recommended CDR level duplicate check, our client needed a mediation package that could perform CDR level duplicate check.

Solution:
Kansys configured and deployed its Mercury Mediation system with data store to perform CDR level duplicate checking before billable events were presented to the billing package.
